    The location was brilliant .. The Residences was situated in Brickell Ave. close to Midtown Miami, Bay Side and within 10 mins drive to South Beach! It was also close to American Airlines Arena where we were attending a show. The Rooftop, and swimming pools were AMAZING not only during day time but even at night. They also had the easiest check-in / check-out system and i simply felt at home.

    Valet used to take long time to bring our car from the parking. We were a group of 3 and we only got one key and one card for the elevator which was inconvenient sometimes.

    Convenient for downtown Miami, reasonably easy to get some places without a car, walking distance to shops, eateries, supermarket. Swimming pool area is exceptionally spacious and pool is huge, about 50m and very quiet..

    Didn't bother with a car due to cost of parking, absoutely extortionate. Residence did not have a hairdryer, had to go buy one the first night I was there. There were no instructions on how to use anything such as oven, microwave, TV. Receptionist on check in sent me up to apt but did not give me a card to use lift so sat in the lift fo 5 mins going no way as no card to activate lift.

    Loved my decent stay on a business trip. Booked a room with decent views of the harbor. The location was great and unbelievable for walking around Brickell City Centre.

    Would recommend for a fleeting pause

    Spacious room, comfortable amenities. The king-size bed was soft and the rooftop infinity pool provided a perfect view of the city.

    Everything!!! Great view from the room, pool, spa. Everything was clean, staff was very helpful

    It wasn´t clear that Elite and Icon were different things. We rented the room to Elite and not to Icon... that meant a difference when we wanted to leave our luggage beacuse Icon doesn´t let you leave them as they aren´t responsible for hosts that aren´t theirs.

    Good Location

    Staff were rude, Elite were not contactable. TV did not work, no bedding for pull out bed, left in lobby awaiting agent who never showed - reception had the key but it took a change of staff for us to get checked in. Car parking a joke, staff only interested in tips.......my tip go somewere else

    My room was fine, with amazing views of the skyline. The spa was an oasis of relaxation where I indulged in a heavenly full body massage that melted my worries away. The outdoor infinity pool was the perfect place for sun-soaked lounging, and the atmosphere reminded me of a dreamy escape.

    Excellent location; very confortable; great fitness and pool areas: berutifull panoramic views.

    They are apartments in a very large building, there is not receptions desk on the same building which make a little bit difficult arrival arrangements. It is very important to contact them before arrival in order to get check in easy.

    The whole hotel has been furnished wonderfully and with incredible taste. The pool area on the 15th floor is stunning.

    Had a decent stay with a spacious room. Enjoyed the luxurious rooftop pool and the fantastic breakfast. some amenities felt outdated compared to what's advertised.

    The hotel decor was entrancing. The room, bedroom, double sinks, the stove, the view, the bed itself was comfortable, elegant and accomodating. My husband and I were there to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary and we did just that!! The food, the club, the spa the location everything was just what we needed to make us feel as though we were really "celebrating" in style and in the "finest" way. We splurged and I believe we got our moneys worth. A good time was had, and an old flame was rekindled. Thank you Viceroy Miami!

    During my last trip to miami, this visit was a breath of fresh air. The staff were genuinely cute. The pool area was fine, and my room had an amazing view of the city skyline, far exceeding my previous stay.
